this is in response to Malik's "guitar census" idea, so dont get mad at the amount of these
i have 3, including the (in)famous en-fuego-bluego-master
all of them are squier strats. the middle two pix are parts of the continuing evolution of enbluego

i'm working on it.
i ordered this body from b hefner co. their quality is amazing. especially for the price. the thing only weighs about 3 pounds.

i'm hoping to have it finished this summer. i put on some grain filler this morning. waiting for it to dry. i've got some blonde lacquer from reranch. hopefully i'll start painting tomorrow.
if this one is favorable, i might try making one like this:

I have an AV '57 in 2TS I bought in 2002, as far as what I wanted a strat for it's flawless, I can't describe exactly what I mean, it's just a real good one. A reverse-lemon, if ya like. I think I was supposed to buy university things with that money.
The sunburst looks radically different in every picture I take of it, but very even and subtle in person. It looks black in some pictures.
It still has the 3-way switch but due to my other guitars being pretty versatile these days I pretty much only ever use the in-between sounds by precariously balancing the 3-way switch in the middle positions for the odd overdub.
To be honest, next time I have to sell a guitar, it's gonna be this one. My cheapos won't fetch me enough to be useful and my other ones with good resale are too precious to me.

i have a 2007 MIM Classic Player's 60's Strat. i love this guitar to death, i'd finally found a strat i really like. it was a colaboration between the fender custom shop and the mexican production plant. it as the 69 custom shop pickups in, handwound by abigial ybarra. big fat frets, nice neck, two point vintage style trem.
i'll die with this guitar.
