I was trying to remove the nut by slightly heating it up with my soldering iron, but the fucking thing wouldn't pop out so I ended up burning and cracking the fucking thing. If I can get the nut ill be good cuz the cutout is still intact, heat wont work any ideas??

I know that's a musoland, but GOOD LORD!

Since it's glued in, I would try some kinda of anti-glue substance, like nailpolish remover...

take a small flathead screwdriver and wedge it in between the nut and the fretboard. slowly but firmly tap the screwdriver to remove.

If it was a brass nut that might have worked. But seriously?

Best method for any nut is stanley knife around the edges to seperate the nut from the paint/clear then small flathead screwdriver tapped against the edge of the nut like Mo Rocca says.

The right way to put a nut in is with one very small drop of super glue. The guy that installed your coulda just glued the whole thing in solid.

Now you probably need a refret and a level that fingerboard. Sorry for the bad new man. :?

Hes getting the neck only, no tuners. And believe me its looking a little rough. He might actually not be able to save it.

Hey Im sure lots of people have given stuff close to free here, isn't that what the whole "bro deal" thing is about? What goes around comes around.
