Thanks to the care parcel from bassintom (Yay!) and some wood filler I have six plastic tuner bushes/ferrules installed. We also have a new camera.

I'd forgotten what insanely low action this neck had before I replaced the worn 1st two frets in an extremely amateurish fashion. When it's set right the fact that the bridge has no compensation doesn't really matter as it takes so little extra tension to fret. >Sigh< Anyway, I have to find a spacer to jack the bridge up to replace the missing tremelo arm (a penny isn't thick enough) and we should be rolling.
