I traded an AVRI Jazzmaster for it. The Jazzmaster cost me $900.

god I'm blind when I'm tired.
Anyways, I probably would've kept the jm myself but only because it's what I've got my eye on next. I've loved just about every guild I've played, I'm sure that one there is no exception.

I have been looking for well priced white re-issue from the 90's for years. But they made so few of them.

JMs are my favorite guitars, but I can find another AVRI anytime.
Edit: Actually, I like this Guild more than any of the AVRIs I've played, but vintage JMs are still my favorites.

The white ones are so hot. It just sucks that the reissues seem to be almost as scarce as the originals.

I've looked at the pictures like 50 times, but I'm still undecided. It's weighing more on coolness now though. I like the carmel like wood guitar.s

Very cool.....I don't love the lower horn shape but if it plays better than a SG that's the deciding factor. Total rock guitar!

BREAK MY RUSTY CAGEEEE!!!
Yeah, for an SG style guitar, it's pretty snazzy looking.

I was close to buying one of these from a pawn shop... they play really nice, and sweet tones !! A gibson for fender players is what I thought.
The one I was lookin' and a repaired headstock which had been snapped off once & like yours the tuners had been replaced... he was askin £400 if I remember rightly.
Definitely a nice guitar you have there !!

Andy from Hot Rod Circuit, the singer, played a white one the last two times that I saw them. It was really nice.
