It's not mine. I found the pic on TGP while randomly browsing the Tele threads for some retrospect on colour combinations and this thing floored me. I don't know if it's been posted 'ere before but this thing is fucking ace. I hope they don't cost a bundle tho because I have some serious GAS and a possible summer-time acquisition :)

Here's a link to the company that makes 'em.

Neck/Body look to be warmoth - seems like you could build one pretty easy.

I started digging Fanos from a distance after hearing that Andy Partridge and the boys were supporting them, and the
Oranges and Lemons guitar was an absolute work of art despite the sheer tackiness of it all.

that one psychedelic painted guitar has "XTC" on it. That's not the "Dear God, hope you got the letter..." band right?

He used to make way more interesting and custom stuff. Now the line just seems like partsmasters with interesting paint jobs, and I hate relicing.

Also that thing screams set neck to me, but they're all bolt-ons. Having a p90 there and les paul style body shape, I rather have a set neck.

I totally hear you on the fun custom jobs, those bulbous spacey looking things are no where to be found on the site...

Teh Fire Glomaster

Shell Pinker than thou

Of course, the XTC lot are as quirky as the music of XTC, Andy's appearing to be a fruity combination of Burns Steer and a Burns Virginian (shall we call it an Apple [/smirk] Venus? Electric Pear), it seems to be Making Plans for Nigel...

Dave Gregory's being a surfy retroblaster of sorts...

And Colin's bass is a groovy thumper...

But check out the delightfully ugly new PROTOTYPES.

That green one far right was also one of the cooler things he used to make, but he doesn't make it naymore. He seemed to go and play it safe. With lp like things, teles, and offsets.

Boy, I am a headstock snob. I don't like any of those designs. Fender is about the only inline I like, but there are several 3x3s that work for me.
