ok since we all have gone thru the PITA that the people that call themselves drummers are, i've come up with a final solution under $100.
she's 40 years old, japanese, simple and keeps the beat. i can manipulate her quite easily since i don't get the whole computer stuff, sorry.
so here we go... expect some cheap pat-demos soon!
ps: late 60s Ace Tone (aka: Roland) Rhythm Ace FR-8L 100% analogue and cheap drum machine. oooh yeah!
It totally took me like twenty minutes to figure out what "PITA" stood for.

"I DON'T NEED A CURE I DON'T NEED A CURE I DON'T NEED A CURE I NEED A FINAL SOLUTION!"
The real question is: does it so "foxtrot"? That was always my favorite setting on the old organ rhythm machines.

YAY old gear! I'd love to hear the old blips and bopz.
Like Pacafeliz' new beat box, Yuka Honda is like 45 years old, was more than a little intimate with Sean Lennon for a few years, is Japanese, and still keeps great time with her samples, too.
In the red robe from the Michel Gondry/Cibo Matto classic....
