I just made this little cutie for my Princeton Chorus. The amp sends 15v of phantom power to the footswitch, so I stuck in a 5mm ultra-bright green LED (it doubles as a flashlight!). The enclosure is less then half the size of an MXR box.

Total cost: $2.29 for a RadioShack box and some spare parts.

Nicely done.

However I would have no need to turn Chorus on.
