Up for sale is a vintage 70’s era Fender Starcaster and original hard shell case (serial number 558209, dating from late 1974 to 1976). This semi-hollow body guitar has two pickups and controls for volume and tone for each as well as a Master volume. The finish is tobacco sunburst and the neck is maple with no bows or any signs of warping. As you can see from the photos this rare instrument is in exceptional shape with no belt buckle rash and only faint pressure cracks in the finish.

His phrasing is part of the problem. Who says "Friendly greetings"? He also volunteers to pay for shipping. Everything else is reasonable enough to suspend disbelief because we WANT to believe that guitar is waiting on the other end. Meanwhile people can put up $500 much more easily than they would $1000 for a guitar they haven't seen. Here's the nail in the coffin. He may as well be in Transylvania. The guy is a scammer. The pickups alone could get $500 a pop.
