It always seems to me, speaking as an unrepentant chorus freak, that the cheaper choruses all sound a bit harsh when you start using the more extreme settings. I don't honestly think it matters much since anyone in their right mind uses wacky chorus settings anyway.

I only use chorus for feedback/growling sounds.
