Seems like a fair swap depending on the jagmaster, what year is it?

Fender digital mdoelling amp, I had one, I found it to be harsh and it didn't really do clean for some reason. Also it was apparently 15 watt but having the volume at half was about regular bedroom practise level and all the way up I expect the fender champ 600 through it's own speaker would beat it.

A fender digital practice amp. Yes, it's a good deal. The Jagmaster is a nice guitar overall.
