so i got rid of the ad30vt...it was a great amp, just not enough buwalz. i want to go ahead and try the crate v series.

should i get the amp with 50w, 1x12" with two channels, the 18w, 1x12 with one channel, or the 18w 2x12 with two channels?

Depends. Do you want a clean channel to stay clean with the band? I would say 50W if so.

Do you want dirty cleans? 18W is so.

I would say 50W 1x12" as:

1 - more portable
2 - more clean headroom on stap
3 - 2 channels so good times

that's my thoughts on it too...and i've got a dude on ebay willing to cut me a GREAT deal on it...
