My first paintjob and guitar project..RobOG Jazzy body

Post by Mr Mustache »

Alright I decided to sell my friend elliott my "First ever robOG jazzmaster (basswood) body" and buy another one from robert sometime in the future, but in ash.

so we took 1 night and did the quickest paintjob ever , and it turned out pretty well, i'm not 100% happy with it but my friend is. He wanted a satin finish so we primed and painted the whole thing in about 3 hours, this was about 2 weeks ago i was just too lazy to upload the pics until now.

anyway here are some pics, more story time later

It looks nice, but of course that can be said about most finishes from a distance. :D

As long as you don't do a Tribi, that's clearly going to be a very nice project. Matching headstock for the win.

If you think of god as a pair of pants, a spiritualist thinks he needs pants, in fact he wants pants but none of the conventional types of pants seem to fit just right, so he makes his own pants and is happy that his knees are no longer cold.-fibus
