Most of the mods I'm seeing are to turn it into a TS-808. What do you want to change about it?
C1 controls bass into the circuit, C8 controls bass out - that would be a good place to start, with higher values passing more bass. D5 and D6 are in series to get asymmetrical clipping - replacing one of these with a jumper would get symmetrical distortion as in the TS. Alternatively, you could experiment with different diode types for D4, 5, and 6 like Germanium and LEDs. Replacing the 4558 op-amp with other similar types could also make some difference.

actually, he probably only uses it like all the other metal d00dz and chix use theirs.
ON > all knobs set to where it's noise level is equal to noise level when it's off.
it's just to tighten up the bass and change the response/feel of the amp. that's it!
