I boughted JD'S beat up Jag from him. first thoughts after checking it a bit this morning, is it feels a lot less plasticy and sounds better than I remember my first jap Jaguar being. I have plans for this fiddle PLANS!
better pics and review to come when I come back from work tonight.

Teh Kurbtz!
Congrats Hurb, I'm sure I'm not the only one looking forward to more juicy chordal dissonance in plinky Jaguar fashion.

Fuck man you've lost a bunch more weight, good going chief.
I'm glad you've got hold of it, and fact-fans, Hurb buying this resulted in JD buying a Fuzz Factory from me. Shortscale is the gift that goes on giving.

There really is no other guitar shape I like better. leo got it right, guitar makers need to stop trying.

I agree it's a great shape, I think Jaguars are much prettier than Jazzmasters though. They're a bit smaller and sleeker.

I go through phases of liking one better than the other looks wise. sometimes jags can look a bit busy etc at the moment I definitely like both a lot. my jazzmaster is perfect for me at the moment. it is really light too...which as you know my 69 Jaguar is not!

Beautiful Jag Hurb, glad you finally got hold of it, fantastic colour too (bet it'd look even better with a tort guard). Did you have to flog all that stuff in the end?

Cheers mate - was in the studio last month, last thing we did with the band before it split.
Will share some tracks when they are mixed.
