Competition Yellow Swinger

I think this may be one of my last projects for a while, at least for the semester. But I'm going out with a bang.
I was missing some yellow in my collection so I bought some at the paint shop for some future project. I eventually ended up with a swinger body and ordered up parts. I also maded the pickguard.
I also had bought orange paint for some other project so we used a bit of it for some nice additions.
matching headstock, needs white tuning pegs?
complete with robroe cover!!

The stupid headstock makes me sad (I know it's accurate but I hate them), but I like the robroe cover. Fine work.

Noice! I put my vote in for white tuning pegs. Also needs some standard jaguar knobs.

that is rather sexy. i'm not normally a big fan of those, but that colour really adds to it. nicely done!

a temporary aside just out of interest, would a white decal show up on a black-painted headstock?

I don't see why it wouldn't, they work over top of LPB which is a dark color.

Yeah, I too am not a fan of the headstock. Too pointy and the shape doesn't really go with the body. Other than that, I think Fredo gave me the stang so he wouldn't feel bad for making himself an awesome competition striped swinger. JK (i want it!)
