In the search of a custom Strat pickguard I found these guys with a nice choice of templates and then configurable options. I've about to order a pair of guards from them and shall let yous know how it goes. But prices seem reasonable and they have Strat+varios Tele guards+Jaguar.
No Jazzmaster or Mustang which is a shame but its pretty coolio that you can specify a PPP Strat guard for $33.

WD Music are good for some things, but I'm lefty and after a few things WD don't offer cheaply. They have a 25% upcharge for left handed to begin with. Even with internation shipping of a tenner this guy is cheaper. There is some really good feedback on the internet for them including from the TFDP which is something I think.

It's the Squier one so single bridge 'bucker, so it'd have to be the second one, but they want a tracing :/

Fucking yes.
They have black paisley. I really, really might want a black paisley guard for something. Not cheap, mind. Forty-five quid, like.

Yeah with 3 holes for pots and a hole for a toggle switch instead of a 5way switch. I put that into the special instructions and then paid. He emailed me back to say he can do that without a problem, I guess he could because he has a customer pickguard maker for a Strat with that option.

Apparently my order has been shipped. Pretty good turnaround especially when a lot of companies quote 14 days for customer orders.

Toggles on Strats = sexy time.
I ruddy hate 5-ways. I'd have two toggles anyday.

Isn't it just. I'm psyched about this.

I got the pickguard today. Quality looks good. No bad edges at all. Neck cut needs a bit of a squaring off but that is because of my new neck and the old one fits perfectly.
Only other problem is the far bottom screw doesnt fit but this is because it a Fender Strat guard for a Squier Affinity.

Fair play, sounds like decent product then. I've never been bothered when screw holes don't line up, I just make a pilot hole (and dowel the previous hole if necessary) and get going...

Not going to be possible unfortunately. Because the pickguard is a slightly different shape in that area, the screw hole overlaps the control cavity a little bit. Again not fault of Terrapin, but Fender/Squier for using different pickguards on all its guitars.
