Sounds fierce.

How are you making out on your pedal ebay exploits?

Slow going- I've only listed a couple so far, and made a decent profit on em, but I've almost finished a couple green muffs and eight dist+/green ringer thingys. Just finding the time is difficult sometimes, and I wish I could spend more time building pedals.

Nope- Albini's sound is down to his guitar and amp setup- I think Hurb was saying he only turned the HP on a few times during their set.

Totally, you aren't gonna get albini tonez out of this thing.

You're going to get tonez that make people go WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED.
The first time I used it I had the champ up quite loud, quite loud for halls anyway and I didn't know about the saltbooster stage being so very loud. I had the volume up at about midnight and someone outside in the hallway just shouted THE FUCK WAS THAT?

I start as I mean to go on.

Cost me £60.

If you're stateside or whatever I expect it'll be a little more than the $ equivalent 'cause of shipping and such.

And I've discovered it does do teh albini tonez, if I use the bass cut on my jag it's prayer to god all the way.

Google? It would have taken less time to find out via google than post that message.

Anyway, 60 quid is about 90 USD.

It would probably be like $100 as I have to ship it out there. The tone control is just a simple 250K log pot/68nF combination after the Saltbooster stage.jus

You could build one yourself I'm sure if you wanted one.

Yes, that's true, one time he kicks it on is at the end of Mama Gina- the song stops and all of the sudden there is this massive fuzztone riff and then the bass and the drums kick in. It's simply awesome.
