Fancy Manuscript Paper

Dunno if anybody has any use for this, but I spent ages making it, so thought I may as well put it up. The advantage of this is that if you're writing out parts to be copied, it'll look far better if you can choose which five lines you want to use, and position your stave that way, then simply delete the ones you don't want.
