Colored pearloids

Why don't many fancy the pearloid pickguard?
Black pearloid looks cool on black and white
Green pearl on oly white would be so pop punk
Rainbow pearl needs to gtfo
Throw some pix my way. I want to see if pearloid can chill well with other finishes besides black and white.

I really only like it in a vintage faded off white, like on the 65RI.
Otherwise it looks offensively ugly.

the only pearloid i can sort of 'take' is the grey smokey one on a black p bass but that's about it tbh, that being said i love colored mirror pickguards, i want a purple mirror pickguard on my sonic blue stang lol

Our new guitarist Sergio suggested that I put green pearloid on J Mascis. I'm pretty sure he was joking but I knocked him over anyway for suggesting that I turn my jazzy into a Barney jazzmaster

Haha Fredo found a pic back when it was on red tort. He says it channels MBV but for now and probably the majority of its lifetime, it's staying white.

i wish you could actually put that green on the mascis purple in that guitar building thing ss's working on, i mean it would look nutters not classy but it would get people's attention no doubt haha
