I'm pretty impressed... nice riffage !! ;)

Whats your part in the band... ? do you sing ? write the songs too ?

I think you could do with some better artwork though... looks a little amateurish to me...and the band deserves better.

Sounds great though... a mix between a lot of bands I like. Reminds me of somethin but I can't think what...

Thanks bro!

I sing/play guitar and do most of the writing. Damienblair (who's also on this forum) is our bassist/back up vocals.

I kinda threw (ok, totally threw) the artwork together in a haste. Know of anywhere we could get some better graphic designs?

Yeh, you remind me of a better version of the The Vines...

http://www.myspace.com/thevines

and also like if Queens of the stone age were to perform Nirvana tracks... in a good way...

I could muster up a logo if you had some themes/ideas...

I'm a fine artist by trade but have done a few logos in the the past.

I like it. You sound like the singer from The Gaslight Anthem at times.

The riff in 'Its Alright' seems really similar to Metallicas 'I Disappear'

It makes my ears bleed. IS that a good thing?

Reminds me of Dots band "Saturdays Child".

however drums sound like ass.

the logo's supposed to be the iron maiden font, its a bit of a joke / tribute.

Are the drums just recorded poorly?

That kick sounds it came from an 80s synth. There's no punch to it, needs to occupy a bit of a lower space in the spectrum I think.

Other than that it's rather good.

It gets my thumbs up...
The drums do sound like a MIDI drum kit tho...

I think our drummer mentioned that the kick had no substance to it. Thanks for the responses guys!

Sounds cool to me. I'm guessing dude that did the recording did some drum trigger/replacement stuff. The sound doesn't bug me all that much.

Believe it or not, he actually didn't use any triggers (I was around when he mixed it). We toyed with the idea for a minute and then dropped it. Generally he does more pop recordings so I think that's why the drums sound the way they do.

Thanks for the complements!
