MXR Classic distorition

Has anyone tried these? GC has them for 30 bucks and im tempted to pick one up. it sounds like its just a t00bscreama or a boss blues distortion, by reading the description.

I prefer the DOD 250 overdrive in small yellow box two knob overdrive/distortions.

That having been said, the MXR is good from what I remember, a solid good sounding pedal, a little more gain and colored sound than a t00b screama

Thanks for the 411 Nick, I'll look into the dod 250, and ill try out the mxr classic distortion next time im at guitar center.
