whats the best way?
i have a gator pedal tote and i want to stick my wah onto it. it's a crybaby, so it has the little feet on the bottom.
ideas?

My crybaby has the feet on still with velcro on the bottom, the the velcro sticks out enough for it to stick to my pedalboard. My pedalboard has been leaning against a wall since september and the crybabys been stuck to it all the time so it's definately got a strong anough hold.

i've tried taking the feet off, but the screws don't screw in far enough to allow the bottom plate to be secured tightly without the feet.
the velcro also doesn't stick out far enough to be secure.
have you ever had a problem with your wah. like it won't turn on and off properly?

Nope, s'been fine ever since I got it.
Couldn't you get some shorter screws so they screw in closer to the bottom plate?
Mine might stick better 'cause one of the feet is missing.

that might be the key. i think the switch is going on it.
i'm gonna have a look in the guitar bits box for screws. i'd rather use velcro than drilling and screwing it to my board.

i don't have a crybaby but with pedals that have feet, if the feet or secured with a screw you can just unscrew, remove the rubber feet an screw the velcro onto it, if they're glued on feet you can just take them off i guess, not like you need the feet anyway.

The screws in the crybaby are longer than they need to be so they can hold the feet in place. They also hold on the bottom plate, so if you take off the feet you either have screws sticking out or no bottom plate,

ask yourself why you are using a wah, and then say shit sucks dude and get rid.
to be honest the wah would better off the board, like to the side or some shit.

Not saying he does, but if he uses one it's gonna be used well.
Is this an argument? I'm not quite sure if we're arguing a point or not.

when i said well, i meant in a noisey stupid way. like i would use it by the way. wah used in a traditional way is boring.

i use it ever now and again for lead work, though mainly to get that underwater rhodes sound from no quarter by led zeppelin. i know the original is a phaser pedal, but i've had bad experience with phasers in the past, so i steer clear of them, for now.

for big pedals i always used zip ties. but as you dont wanna drill your board, sitting it off the board is what i would do. unless you find the shorter screws and velcro it.

I have this sound in my head that involves wah and reverse delay.
I love a cocked wah Zappa style.

I used a tie-wrap with two holes in the board.
