I like that it shows you the amp setting across the bottom.

Do you reckon there's any chance of them using Marshall amps for their demos, it's just that Fender amps sound like balls.

Some of them get my vote. I like Super Reverbs.

And Deluxe Reverbs

And amps like James' are great if you like pedals for dirt.

i play a gibson through a fender amp, doesn't slice your head off with treble like my gay ass strat.

Sell me your strat if you don't like it. I love it.

unfortunately, as much as it's a head slicer, i love it too much to ever part with it. once i've finished blocking the trem up and adding 11's, it might be a lot better.

I loved the one that I played. It was the first strat that I really got on with.

same here, it's a really good guitar. i think it's more the amp as well as the guitar thats bright.

Rob I think you just need to wireone of the tones to affect the bridge pickup mate...

I'm with Mike on this one - and don't block that lovely trem, eh? That won't beef your sound up any. Do Mike's mods, and learn to love the tone knob.

Since I got the Jaguar I find I actually use both the volume AND the tone knobs.

Look at me, I'm growing as a Guitarist

You haven't fully arrived until you describe yourself as 'riding' the tone and volume controls.

*wheeeeeeeee...*

Totally imagined you bobbing back and forth on one of them pigs or similar on a spring that you get in a Park playground

Benecol-is-getting-old-fact: I've had to stop going on them when I take the kids to the park because they make me feel too dizzy. As do the swings nowadays.

hahah

I feel that way when I get up the morning after a run or football and feel like a train has run over my legs.

that'll probably be the answer. i do normally use the volume and tone a lot and the biggest gripe i have is not being able to control the tone of the bridge. i saw a mod on the seymour duncan website, that will allow you to wire it for the bridge, but still be able to use it for the middle when you flip pickups.

it's just after the goldtop fuck up, i'm a bit too worried about doing it.
