This seems like it should be an easy one, and I feel like I've seen very similar before but can't remember the details. It certainly looks very teisco, possibly with a refin.

It's definitely custom one way or another.

Lets see here, you have a guitar shape most likely born or derived from the Harmony/holiday/silvertone H15 already mentioned. The neck may or may not be original but I buit those inlays aren't.. the more I look at it the headstock doesn't match, so the neck is probably custom. It's got a hagstrom/guild trem, what looks like gold foil pickups (the scroll design toaster style, not the stock H15 "S" design), and almost definitely a custom pickguard.

The pickguard looks the same as the one HolyCats had to me. Same with the inlays and neck.

That's a different trem than what comes on anything Harmony/kay/silvertone/etc.

It's not just a cover.

yeah its quite clearly the same tremolo as on hags like this one.
