Demo is short for demonstration....usually it's good to focus on one specific piece of gear and explain a bit what everything does as you fuss with it. What you seemed to be demonstrating is your entire rig, which doesn't make much sense now does it.
If you want to make a demo of the amp itself, the best thing to do is to mention what guitar you're using, what pickup you're using in what position, and then just go straight into the amp, maybe play a few familiar riffs on each channel that suit the sound and explain the settings you're fussing with.
