I like Squier Venusussesus. I'd love to get one some dya, but I'm very aware that they're always going to get more expensive as time passes, so I'll likely never get one.

I think it's actually the guitar the Squier Venus was based on. It's an old vintage guitar Kurt bought for her, I think the name was Mercury, very rare.

Actually now that you mention it, I thought something was a little different about this one. Look at the headstock. It's definitely more gumby style than the strat stock the venus has.

i like hole, that squier venus always looked a litte 'off' to me to really be nice, her og looked cooler. but babes in toyland still DESTROY fucking hole <3 or bratmobile, hole means nothing to riot grrl compared to them

since i've owned a squire venus i know it isnt that model. I'm about to buy another, $450 with wall tags never played.

Venuses are awesome though. There was one on my local craigslist that popped up a while back for only $150 and it was covered in stickers. I emailed the girl selling it and offered to pick it up that day with cash in hand, and she never responded. I emailed her a couple times, no response. Then a month later she reposted it for $400, at that point I didn't even want to deal with this seller.
