Using the Tiny Terror as a clean amp with pedals

Like most folks who own a Tiny Terror, I initially bonded with my TT by turning the gain way up but keeping the volume relatively low.

But lately I've been using the TT as a clean amp with lots of analog pedals up front. I dime the volume and tone pots and keep the gain knob at around 11:00 o'clock. I'm also using a NOS Jan Philips 5751 tube in V2 to tame the beast a little. It's awesome.

I'm running my guitar through an Electro Harmonix Small Clone and a Deluxe Memory Man. I always knew the Tiny Terror sounded great as a dirty classic rock amp, but it's also a fantastic low-wattage clean amp that likes lots of different pedals.

I use it both ways and find it does really well at both. I never have the Gain above 2 o'clock when using it dirty though as I don't like that much gain, and it also takes on a fizzy quality past this point.

It's great at taking pedals - even more so than the Rockerverb.

I am always wondering how well it goes with extremly bass heavy fuzzes when using it clean.

Haven't had the chance to try one myself tough. It's hard to find Orange amp where I live in.
