Danelectro U2 Neck shape

Fender use the terms, U, C and V

what shape using the above is the Dano would you say? is it a C or U?

I have no idea. It curves and I can fit my hand around it.

Maybe a C?

The originals are a very slim C, the newer ones are a bit more substantial (thicker) with more shoulder (D shape, I think). Both have the same 1 11/16th" nut width.

my silvertone isnt a U2 but its the same era/# of pickups/ nut width, and id say its a slim C with maybe a little more shoulder. like between a d and c.
