what shortscale video made you join shortscale?

Post by Progrockabuse »

zaphod's comment about how mike's od-3 demo brought him to shortscale started me thinking. did any else have a similar story?

mine was mike's shortscale demos manifesto. i was browsing randomly and saw that. i agreed with mike's views on gearwire and it made me rolf when with the secrets of mojo tone from a telecaster.

many posts later, still here lol

There was no such thing as videos when I were a noob. We couldn't have imagined such a thing. You'd have been laughed at.

Snowy fields. And we'd know shoes, and had to walk between forums or to the internet or something.

ah... the internet ran on steam back then. you could only go on it for 5 minutes a day and you had to stand up and sing the national anthem when it was finished.

I was thinking of buying a Telecaster and did a bit of digging around on You Tube. I came across Mike's reviews and thought they were pretty good...then noticed short scale mentioned and came on to see.
