I have a cheapo Strat copy that I'd like to refret.

I'd like to know from those who've done it if its a fairly simple process, and if there is anything that I should watch out for when I do it. Also what kind of tools will I need?

Robert OG has a whole thread dedicated to fret binding (blinding?) and a few other HOW TO threads around:

In case you haven't seen it. It seems slightly time consuming in my opinion, but not impossible to accomplish. Give it a go, should be a good neck to learn on.

I'd like to get medium jumbo frets.

Its a rosewood fretboard. There is no binding on the neck, and I think the frets that are on there now are exposed. So I'd go with that.
