I never was much into them until I tried a Reverend. Those are great.

I prefer the traditional shape, but, i love Rhoads so i have a soft spoy for them and the pointy models are good in the right situation; Dave Mustaine, Kerry King, etc.
I also like the Reverend Asheton model, its a more retro take that could possibly appeal to a non-metal crowd.
They are comfy guitars, they are a statement in themselves and higher fret access is the best ever. 8)

Classic is my favorite - SOOOO comfy when sitting. With a rhodes, I'd be afraid I'd spin around too fast and stab our bass player.

If one of the 'horns' on the V is longer than the other.. does it become an offset ?! :)

Classic '58 Korina style done by Gibson or Hamer's take on it. Jimi Hendrix V with lightning bolt inlays, trem, and the '67 style. Or Ibanez take on it Rocket Roll. All those are cool.

I only had a shitty cheapo copy V which BacchusPaul is now curating, but I have to say...

Funny you should say that...Reverend calls theirs an "offset V" for just that reason.

I'd take one of them Ron Asheton Volcanos any day. just get rid of the stupid lightning bolts on the top spike.

I've been serisouly wanting V action for a while now, specifically either a Reverend Volcano, or a Gib/Epi Goth V with Floyd Rose (squeel riffz).
