Who is this little chap?

Ok, so I thought I could identify most pedals after a little bit of research, but this one's got me stumped (admittedly, the quality of the pic doesn't help).
It's the one to the right of the TS-808.
It appears to have two Fender-style (think Bronco/Fender Blender aluminium skirt) control knobs and a single, central foot switch. At a glance it looks a bit like a Dunlop Uni-vibe, but not.
Any ideas, folks? I've not seen anything like it.

I'm not sure, it was in amongst like 129089382 gear posts on a forum which I can't now find.
Helpful, I know.

Oh it probably is! I just wondered if anyone knew what it was, as I'd not really seen anything similar and the fact I can't identify it is bugging me. I'm reasonably sure it's not a brew your own...

My best bet would be a Guyatone mini pedal.
