Wow, Warmoth's had a redesign and it still looks like a dated, home made website. Needs new font, FAST.
Quite cool how they're spending time to try to innovate stuff like that. Shame they dropped the rhythm section to create the split pickguard, but it still looks nice.

i'd love to see one in white with black pickguards, a couple of filtertrons and stop-tail..
new site sucks though. it's hideous in every way. the menu doesn't allow you to search for the same things that the old one did, it takes ages to load. Embedded viewstates in asp.net are never a good thing... 1Mb per page?? wtf???

$175 for a plain alder body...Don't know why that part suddenly bothers me more, but I could have Mr. Ryu at Willows Guitar clone a Jazzo body in a quality cut of ash(if needed) and have it fully finished in Fender color of choice plus any routing configuration under the sun for less than that.

thats insanity!
you know that if im paying about 14 bucks for a poplar blank then they are paying probly 4 bucks, and its all cnc, so there is no need to really pay someone, and besides the cnc can do it in a matter of minutes.
places like warmoth piss me off becuz they are just taking advantage of people.
get a router and some wood, you will gain a wealth of knowledge and in the end it will be cheaper, and the same quility as long as you have patience.
