Musicmaster bass amp

I can pick one up for $225.It has new tubes and a MoJo speaker.12 watts.Would it be worth checking out?Plzthnx,Tom

buy it, these amps are great.
my first tube amp. still have it. the stock speaker is the weak point, but sounds like it's been cured

Do you use it for bass or guitar?I need it for guitar,my G-DEC is Ok but I'm getting bored with it.

guitar, it;s not good for bass really. It's like a mini bassman pretty much. great clean with single coils,a nd nice crunch with some buckers. really dynamic amp that responds differently with different guitars, and playing touch

i really want one of those beasts, they can be had for about £150 here. if i could drive i'd have one by now. too heavy for postage...

the guy that runs the music shop owns one, i used it with an acoustic once, it is a super simple, but practical amp.
he replaced the speaker on his as well.
