TGD tribute

Post by kim »

it's nuts ! so i started recording for a possible sort of.. demo, hvm and i sit there looking for the perfect fuzz distort for songs, i go back and forth constantly between pedals and ALWAYS end up just ditching the other and sticking with TGD, always, every fucking thing lol

i was chatting with hurb yesterday i think i sounded like some tgd obsessed, i wanna sell the rest of my fuzz pedals really.
it works great with a pitch shifter (ps600) too, the fulltone has the fuzz and octave up right.. well tgd and ps600 with octave up do the same only more nuts and awesome.. so really it's all i need.

i can play boring powerchords you hear all the time, turn on tgd and it totally messes shit up and makes me sound cooler than i really am. i took some hate for it from our former drummer telling me it sounded like ass and gives him tinnitus but fuck him.

/end of tgd asskissing.

I would consider this glowing praise from a drummer.

here, lotsa people start crying when stuff doesn't sound like what they expect
especially the drummers are narrowminded, i convinced kevin to borrow a drumkit, he can't play drums but he's openminded and doesn't care. if he can't do it we have a problem. for now i use real drums loops (betamonkey).

always come back to TGD for teh fuzzes.

oddly enough putting the LPB-1 straight into it turns into a normal sounding fuzz. it's pretty strage. useful though.
