That thing is gorgeous. Pretty amusing that the 10 year old girl wants a pinup girl decal. She's got good taste, seafoam green is a gorgeous colour.

I don't know how she even knows what it is... must have over heard a conversation I had with a client. I must admit it feels a little weird doing a pinup girl on my little daughter's bass.... + my wife will flip if she sees that... heh heh...

it's a nice job but surprise surprise- he reliced it. gah!

wasted on a 10 year old anyway, children should be forced to learn on instruments that twist their hands into grotesque shapes and make them hate the world.

That 1956 Tele project is fucking astonishing. This Gil fellow has an incredible eye for detail, and every one of those threads was well worth reading.
