Modding a VOX V847-A - Help Needed

The pot on my Vox Wah has gotten scratchy, so I plan on replacing it and also making the wah true-bypass. I did a few google searches and it seems the Fulltone pot is preferred over the dunlop variety, but I haven't been able to find a Fulltone pot anywhere online. I realize there are a few sites describing the true bypass mod. I just have a few questions:
1. Where can I get a Fulltone pot or a suitable replacement (dunlop would be fine, just need opinions)?
2. Will this site get the job done? http://www.wah-wah.co.uk/
3. Some basic tips for soldering. (I've rewired half my Jaguar but still suck),

Thanks

EDIT: I'm not really pleased with the sweep, it's to sudden and short, but I assume this would take more than a new pot to remedy.

Try some contact cleaner, like DeOxit. Spray it inside the pot and it should clear up the scratchiness and it'll be great.

The best thing I learned about soldering is to KEEP THE TIP CLEAN, use a wet sponge and when your tip is not shiny, wipe that jank off and apply a little solder. This will keep your tip from oxidizing and it will last much much longer. I always wipe it and apply solder before I turn the iron off so the solder cools on it and protects it.

Thanks. About the tip... I was being an idiot and soldering in my room when I walked out for a minute and the iron fell on my rug - It still works but is covered in burnt stuff, I got the tip pretty well cleaned, at least. I'll look for some DeOxit.
