Well at least your truthful, but maybe add more mustang shape and the bottom area of the pick gaurd could be less wonky.

Great opener, really puts the concept in persepctive.
I think it'd look better without the chrome control plate, just plastic down there. Though IRL I could be wrong, the chrome plates are vastly different in this pic. I do like how the pickups are both slanted, never really thought about them together.
If this thing were really a shortscale and the Mustang neck was to scale with the pickguard, the bridge would have to be mounted a bit further forward than that, so I did that here then used a tele thinline pickguard control plate to balance out the pickguard.

the title of your thread is TELESTANG
i posted a fender bullet deluxe. they came from the factory with left over stock 70's mustang pickups in them.
its just as much a telestang as what you posted.

i appreciate the enthusiasm, but not really what i was thinking of.
