www.tedweber.com
They have a clone of the early 60s Fender unit. For $10 more, you could get the Tore ReVibe (I think it's called): It's the same reverb unit with tube tremolo added. Sounds amazing in the sound clips.
IDK if there are cheaper ones available. The Weber kits are $415/$425.

thats one of the websites i was looking at. i didn't notice the trem/ reverb last time though, Thanks.
the revibe might be the one, but $425 is pretty pricey for me. i have to see how my finances work out.
thanks duo.

A cheaper way to do it is to get the transformers from Weber, source the other components from regular electronics suppliers. use a cheap chassis, build your own cabinet etc.

i was also wondering the same thing.
i noticed that there are a few tube driven revereb units from smaller companys(harmony, supro, etc)
that only sell for like 50-150 bucks on ebay, but im not sure if they are worth it.
i too am in search of that great tube revereb for my bassman.

Buy a long piece of 12" PVC, maybe put a couple bends in it, then get a mic and put it at one end and your amp a the other.
Oh wait, that kinda tube...
