1/4 watt, 1 watt, or 4 watt.
Volume and tone knob...
10"closed back combo.
Made in Vietnam..
Only 249.99 here in the US.
Almost tempted at that price.

They do look cool, but I've seen gutshots and they are really shoddily made. For example to change tubes you have to remove the chassis and stick your hand in it, inches from stuff that will kill you.
Plus there are too many thin flying leads around hot tubes, it looks like an accident waiting to happen. Apparenly they do sound great though.

I did hear that changing the Tubes and stuff would be a pain. Also, I would not want to "gig" with it as I don't think with the wiring stuff it would be that reliable...But, for a littel practice amp at home or for a home recording situation it could be cool...
Unfortunately there are not too many reviews out yet on it...

Just played one and it sounded pretty fucking good. The dude told me that next wqeek they are putting a $50.00 Qpon in the paper for Guitar Trade down in San Diego and to wait and buyone then. so 199.99 For that price I might just pick it up...
Not alot of clean room, but alot of useable tones and some beautiful overdrive. Fuck, some people spend $200 on a pedal to make an amp sound like this did.. All in all, the QC worries me, but I like the simplicity and the looks are spot on. Plus for having an external speaker jack and the 3 wattege settings. The thing can break up really nice on the 1/2 watt setting...

Haha, I should make a "tiny amp" pedal. Just an overdrive and complete bass cut.

I like the look of this but I'd be put off by the crap design.

There's a head version too, but it only outputs at 16 ohm. What fucking use is that to anybody?

Marshall 1960 cabs are 16 ohm.

You can only use half my 2x12" though.

Yeah, 'tis not ideal- I guess the 1960 sells better than the 1936- and the only 8 ohm option on the 1960 is half the cab too.
Maybe it just makes it easier to sell their own Vox cab with it.

I suspect that's it.
I hate amps that don't have 4, 8, and 16 ohm outputs. I understand that it means that the price of the output transformer will be higher, but still...
I suppose they don't anticipate many people trying to gig with these things.

2 tubes in an enclosed space, running Class A, so close to the filter caps? That's gonna degrade cap life like crazy - probably wouldn't get more than a couple years before they started going bad.
edit: also, a 350v filter cap is a little too small. Should be more like 450v to prevent degradation when running at high volumes or with a lot of bass.
So basically, they designed an amp to be cranked to 10 for TEH ODssz, yet they didn't bother to overbuild the parts that get stressed?
