Fucking sweet. A very good representation of what Mustangs are all about.
And I love the setup stuff, wicked. Big Grins when the Saltbooster gets clicked on.
We need this on the ShortScaleGearDemos account, I'll pm you deets. lolz @ KoL Woo. We do that in Sell Crazy.

Nice!
I have a '69 RI too, and I love it to bits. I actually like it more than the vintage Mustang I used to own.
I looked far and wide to try and find a sonic blue one with no luck... the custard has grown on me, though.

Cheers guys.
@ Astro - The '69 RI's are nice yeah! I quite like the vintage white too, especially with a black pg. What neck has yours got? or is it just new white button tuners?

Sounds like a mustang. It's cool to see someone else wiggle the tailpiece with the palm of their hand - that's the whole reason I got a mustang!

Great demo. I fucking love the out of phase sound you got out of it distorted.

The neck is stock, but the tuners are just white button Klusons that I put on for the classic Mustang look. The neck on the '69 is fantastic, much smaller and faster feeling than the one on the 1976 poostang I used to own.
The OG brown tort pickguard was nice by itself, but combined with the custard paint job it just reminded me of the stuff that fills up a baby's diaper. So I put a black guard on and I think it looks better that way. If I had scored a sonic blue one, I would have kept the tort.

ah cool. Mine has a '66 RI neck on it, so it has the white button tuners as well.

That's a horrible feeling. Missing gear is shit. I miss my '65RI Mustang. I only owned it like a month.

I miss my red competion stang but couldn't keep it intune very well and it seemed silly at the time to have two single coil guitars.

You Foool! You can never have too many single coils.
