Small hands dude, small hands. In 10 years time the worlds gonna be all about mustangs, robot geishas and small hands. I'm so ahead of my time.astro wrote:I've seen that book on ebay every now and then. I bet it's a great read if you can read Japanese. I don't, however.
Incidentally, why are Mustangs so huge in Japan? Was there some cult musician who popularized the instrument, the way Hendrix did for the Stratocaster?
It looks the same as the old 22.5" vintage necks which is what Fender used to call 3/4 size. I've never heard anything about them being in current production like this though.Black Cat Bone wrote:Holy shitola - some of those mustangs are 3/4 size!!! If that's true I want one so much. That's better than a tiny flying-V.
Edit: doh it says scale...guess that a duo neck or summat. Seriously someone make me 3/4 scale Mustang and my kids will love you once i 've had them.
I got a couple of this series amongst them the rare no. 1 issue on Telecasters.Sven wrote:It's a great book, part of a series, and there's a separate book for Jaguar & Jazzmasters.
the pictures are of vintage ones, not current production models from the looks of things.James wrote:It looks the same as the old 22.5" vintage necks which is what Fender used to call 3/4 size.
