so here's my new jedson SG copy shortscale...
it's pretty awesome, lots of thumpy bass tones, sounds fantastic with a big muff.

i had an old ibanez steve lukather sig guitar that I bought at an auction for a great price and I traded it to the guy +$40 to get this bass for under $100.

I'm happy with it.

super nice, good deal.

I want some volume and tone pots like that.

Am I the only one who thinks that looks like a anorexic persons ribcage?

True that, it's got some uggo contours.

maybe you'll like it better from a different angle? (not my bass, just a picture from the web)

I dunno, it's just those contours are so awkward looking to me, fantastic body shape, but eh, still brings that image of a anorexic person's ribcage showing threw their skin to my mind.

I didn't really mean that I don't like it. As Sillyrabbitband said, the contours just look awkward.

i only discovered it this very morning and promptly read like 200 of then. i'm gonna waste so much of my life reading the archives in the coming weeks.

you should put a floyd rose on that.

I quite like SG bass's but not with those contours. Looks crazy.

Haha, possibly. Although Simon Le Bon circa 1982 used to tie a sash around his forehead and suck in his cheeks to get that exact look.
