Modded Crybaby Wah!

Post by the isaac eaton »

I got my wah modded a while ago and just last night made a video of it.

here it is without the mods

and here it is with the mods

Its modded to have true bypass and a LED, it also has two internal trimpots on the inside one is a Q control, basically adjusts the sweeping range of the wah and the other is an output volume control, so when turned up the wah can act as a boost as well. thats kinda how i have mine set up. I love it.

pretty cool. i'm not much for wah shit, perhaps because i lack the ability to properly 'wah,' although i have the hendrix fuzz wah.

sweet mods though, could definitely hear a difference. cost? (minus original fix)

gentlemen do not discuss price.

No but really i bought the wah for $20 dollars, fixed it for free, then did all the mods for about $50 So overall great deal.

Sounds miles and miles better.
Ive got a broken old cry baby somewhere about and yup, the stock sound is all too familiar now. Dont think I will bother getting it fix'd.
