Im really really not sure about the finish, whenever if its a refin or orignal
i know fenders paint back then was weird

yea just looks like late 70's early 80's fender paint that got aggro over the years. i have seen lots of guitars do that around the edges. not to this crazy extent on the back though. its awesome
