B&B JAGS ARE IN!

Post by robert(original) »

remember a thread a while back about the possibility of japan releasing some block and bound jags.
they have them in hollowood.
i played a burst jag, and they had a red jazzy too.
it felt and sounded like jap jag,(altho the neck felt a bit bigger), but it looked a lil bit cooler.
and its weird becuz they didn't scrape the binding very far. and the dots are not in the binding like the vintage stuff its behind the binding into the wood.
its wierd looking.

I mentioned about the binding yesterday when I found one at the weekend...

I really think it'd be a deal breaker for a lot of people !!

Wish I'd taken a photo now.

I'm surprised anyone is shocked by the price. MIM Classic 60s at $1000. If you spend that amount of money on that much guitar, it makes you a louis vutton wallet-carrying, segway-riding poncey git. With a visor on.

That price is stupid for a Japanese Jag or Jazz.

They could at least be accurate and give them the big CBS headstock with the blocks and binding.
