If I wasn't currently building one, I'd go for it.

i don't think there's anything that cheap over here. the nearest in size would be the kinsman at £30-35.

Indeed, and you get what you pay for. Fine for sitting on your bedroom floor, but my kinsman hinges died after a few gigs. I went back to Diago.

I've seen your leg drop off a few times at practise, don't pretend like I didn't see.

ha ha.. an ex band mate of mine split his trouser before the set was to start. he decided to wrap gaffa tape round his trouser to make a man-o-war style codpiece. looked a right nob

I had a rondo one. They are trash. The hinges made it through 2-3 gigs before they started bending. I'd rather go for a used one off ebay or craigslist.

I had two of these for awhile - the small and medium versions. The only thing that I didn't like was that the pedals sit flat on the board - and the lid has that lip all the way around.

I sold the Rondo boards for a Gator Pedal Tote. The Gator board is much better - slanted board, nice carry case with pocket for cblaes, batteries, etc. I got mine used on one of the forumsd for $45, delivered.
