It is a Bas 1 made in the USSR in the 70s.Its got a built-in fuzz and phaser! It's on ebay for $349

It actually looks not terrible. Maybe the Soviets actually wanted the kids to play this one

My ears pricked up at the mention of built-in fuzz. Sounds interesting and looks amazing.
