Looks like a copy or a really beat up Epi (are Epi flying v's bolt?) . It's got a Gibson truss rod cover, but that's where the gibson ends and whatever it is begins.

Look at the headstock. Its got 'Legal Battle' written allover it. Having said that, its bolt-on, so the body and neck may not have originally been together.
