Does it have a speaker out? What is the ohm rating of the speaker out and is your cab's ohm rating the same or greater?

If it has a speaker out and the cab is the same or greater ohm-age, you can.

Well I looked at the back of my amp and it has two speaker outputs, that one wire is apparently already plugged into? Apparenty its 4ohms and the cab is 8ohms. Would it just be a case if running a cable from the combo to the cab?

Solid state amp right? (cba googling)
Should be alright with a guitar cable/patch lead then. But if its a valve amp DON'T use a guitar lead.

yeah its solid state.

I wish I knew more about amps :( im fucking useles hahaha

well as far as I can tell, it'll be ok to plus the 4ohms MG80RCD combo into an 8ohms 4x12 MG412 cab

It's probably 4ohms minimum impedance of both loads combined (normal for a SS amplifier chip).

So you've got an 8ohm internal speaker plugged into one of those outs. If you plug the other into your 8ohm cab, the total load will be 4ohms which is fine.
